Most nasal sprays work by instilling a fine mist into the nostril by action of a hand-operated pump mechanism. Some are used to relieve nasal congestion. Some are for removing dust, pollen or other airborne irritants from the nose. Then there are nasal sprays used to quickly open up the nasal passages by constricting blood vessels in the lining of the nose. There medicated nasal sprays like: Afrin, Astelin and Nasonex. The natural sprays include Sterimar and Sinusoothe.

Histamine is a chemical naturally produced by the body that creates an inflammatory effect in order to help the immune system remove foreign substances. The way antihistamines work is they compete for receptor sites to block the function of histamine, hence reducing the inflammatory effect. If you suffer from allergies you’ve heard of such terms.

Decongestant sprays are advised only for short-term usage, like 5-7 days. The reason for this is that prolonged use of these types of sprays can damage the delicate mucous membranes in the nose causing increased inflammation.

Corticosteroid nasal sprays are nasal sprays used to relieve sinusitis symptoms, allergic rhinitis, hay fever and non-allergic rhinitis. They reduce inflammation and histamine production in the nasal passages, and as a result relieve nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sinus pain and headaches. Corticosteroid nasal sprays have been clinically proven to work. However, they can also cause some side effects like nose bleeds, nausea or headaches.

If a smaller nose is what you’re looking to achieve, look no further. You can weigh all your options and even consult a doctor, but at this point the nose huggie is your best bet. Consider all the different factors: how much smaller you want your nose to be, how badly you need a reduction, what your budget is like, the risks or side effects involved and your timeline. The nose huggie is not just extremely affordable, but it is effective as well. Some call it the “natural nose job” while others refer to it as a “nose job alternative”. Some may even say it’s “the best nose reshaper within it’s price range”. No matter what you call it, make sure you’re doing your part in using it consistently. If you want to see result, wear the nose huggie every day for only 15 minutes. Don’t try wearing it for an hour or 30 minutes. We only recommend 15 minutes each day. That’s not even a full television episode.

You may have a crooked nose or need to straight the nose up for some reason. In that case the nose huggie will also be beneficial. It isn’t JUST a slimmer, but a straightener as well. Those looking to get rid of a bump on the bridge – here is your answer! Nose huggies make nose reduction a less strenuous task for patients. Nose jobs are going to cost you a grip of money. They come with plenty of side effects since it’s a surgery and might even require pain medicines and things of that nature. For a while after you can’t even participate in certain activities. Remember the factors you’ll want to consider when making the best decision on reducing or reshaping your nose. Achieve a smaller nose and results within 2 weeks! Everyone is different, but there are users who have seen a difference within two weeks of using the nose huggie. They were also consistent in their usage.

The nose huggie is a simple, yet effective solution to reducing the size of your nose or making it slimmer. For people with a bump on their nose bridge, it is also beneficial. This new nose surgery alternative uses science and natural techniques to reshape the nose. It’s quite easy to use too. Our noses are made up mostly cartilage. That’s why they’re so loose, light and bendable. Cartilage is mostly made up of water. With that being said, it’s easier to conform to a shape.

With the nose huggie’s design a person can just wear it on their nose each day for about 15-20 minutes and use it to straight or make their nose smaller. It is like a small padded clip that is worn directly on the nose. Although it may appear like a tiny device, the nose huggie can produce big results. People with crooked noses, big/wide noses or a dorsal hump, look to it for solutions. Those that want results order a nose huggie. Nasal surgery can be expensive and bring side effects. You may or may not get the results you’re looking for but are left with pain as a reminder days after the surgery. Makeup will give you a temporary fix, but only last so long and can hide so much.

Consistency is very important for users of the nose reshaper. It’s more about using the nose huggie each day, rather than wearing it for long periods of time, which we DO NOT recommend. Luckily, you can knock that out of the way in the privacy of your own home each evening, or whenever you’re relaxing. An affordable nose job alternative, the nose huggie is a device that will give you the smaller nose you’re wanting naturally and within budget. Why compare it to others, when the nose huggie has been around the longest? You just have to try it out for yourself. What have you got to lose? Order one today.

When you start having a cold or allergies your sinuses become inflamed. The sinuses connected to our nasal cavities, also known as the paranasal sinuses, include the ethmoid, frontal, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses. Breathing can sometimes become difficult due to impaired sinuses. It’s just an unpleasant experience and some might even be miserable during allergy season.

While over-the-counter decongestants aren’t for everyone, we’ve got a list of 5 natural sinus relief remedies you can try at home.

1.	Sinus Irrigation – Use a light salt water solution to clear up sinus congestions. Fill a “Neti pot” (mini teapot) with warm salt water. Stand over the sink and pour the little pot of water up your nose. It may be uncomfortable at first but you could have excellent results.

2.	Breathing Vapors – Try opening up your nasal passageways by breathing aromatic substances like menthol or eucalyptus. Just apply the inhaler to your nose, take a deep breath and the vapors will open up the sinuses.

3.	Olbas Oil – Olbas oil contains the same ingredients or vapors mentioned before. When congested, fill a tub with hot water and drop 4-5 drops of Olbas oil in the bathtub. Get in and breathe the vapors. This should bring you relief.

4.	Eucalyptus-based Supplements – There are small gelatin capsules that contain a particular extract of eucalyptus. Swallow a capsule and after about 30 minutes or so your sinuses should clear up. There are also eucalyptus-based cough drops that you can suck on to do the same. Eucalyptus -based supplements are good if you’re treating a chronic sinus problems.

5.	Peppermint Tea – As you may or may not know, peppermint contains menthol, which is not as strong as eucalyptus but works just as well. When drinking peppermint tea, the tea or vapors waft up into the sinuses and help decongest them.

You can also avoid eating a lot of dairy to decrease congestion and mucus. Try cutting out all cheese, milk and cream for a period of time and see if it makes a difference. These natural remedies should be helpful when it comes to dealing with sinus issues. Also consult your doctor on other options or things you can do in addition to these.

If you’re looking for a solution to your nose “problems” and need an affordable option, consider the Nose Huggie. People that use our product come with issues like an oversized nose, a bump on their nose bridge, a thick or wide nose or a crooked nose. It’s always important to first consult your doctor on your options. However, some doctors will try and push you towards rhinoplasty in order to get surgeons, themselves or the hospitals a little extra money. If you’re comfortable with rhinoplasty, then that may be good for you, but keep in mind the side effects and risks that come with that.

The nose huggie is a padded clip that is worn directly on the nose. They key to its success is consistency. Wearing a nose huggie every day will help in the progress of getting a smaller or straighter nose. We don’t recommend using it longer than about 15 or 20 minutes each day. Since the nose is comprised of mostly cartilage and cartilage almost all water, the nose can be conformed into a straight or smaller shape with the right amount of pressure applied over a consistent period of time. Again, this doesn’t mean wearing your nose huggie for hours or longer than 20 minutes.

Here are top reasons you should choose nose huggie as your nose reshaper/straightener:

SAFE AND EFFECTIVE

EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE

NATURAL SOLUTION

NO SIDE EFFECTS

CAN BE USED IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME

COMFORTABLE TO WEAR

Keep these in mind when doing your research. Don’t pay attention to false claims being spread about on the Internet, because nowadays it’s hard to tell when a rumor is being started or it’s just competitors bad mouthing a product.

Nasal sores and sores in the nasal passages are a problem many people face. This common issue is caused by a number of different reasons. We’ve come up with a few causes for nasal sores:

-Nasal polyps or nasal polypsis
-Churg-Strauss Syndrome
-Pemphigus Foliaceus
-Folliculitis
-Nasal Impetigo

First, Nasal impetigo is a fancy term for the condition of sores in the nose. It usually results in the formation of scaly or crusty scabs found along the nasal passages. This condition makes it hard to breath and can cause some discomfort. Impetigo is usually caused by Staph bacteria found under the fingernails. Anyone who has nasal sores need not pick at the scabs or sore inside the nasal passages because this will help spread the infection.

Another common cause of nose sores is an infection of the hair follicles. We already discussed the purpose of nose hairs. Folliculitis can occur in any region of the nasal passages where hair follicles are present. Nasal sprays or inhalation of noxious fumes can aggravate this infection of the hair follicles and should be avoided.

If you can’t breathe well, your nose drips constantly and your sense of smell isn’t the same you typically think it’s allergies or a sinus infection, but these symptoms could also be caused by nasal polyps. They are soft benign growths that develop along the lining of your sinuses or the nose.

Pemphigus foliaceus is an autoimmune skin disorder characterized by blistering of the skin and mucous membranes. Although it sounds very formal , this is just another skin disorder that causes nose sores.

Cold sores or fever blisters may appear around the lips or on the nose. They are painful little blisters that are caused by herpes simplex virus-1. If they’re not on the lips where we usually find them, they can also appear on the face or inside the nose.

Have you ever wondered why the little nasal hairs are there? What is it that they’re doing inside your nostrils? Generally hair is one of the body’s first lines of defense when it comes to harmful environmental pathogens like germs, spores and fungus. When we inhale unfiltered air, we are actually inhaling all the solid particles contained in that air into our nose. The thicket of the nasal hair found in each nostril helps to trap larger particles in a sticky layer of mucus. This is why you don’t want to cut out all of your nose hair because it’s like your eliminating your protection.

Nose hairs play more than one purpose. They also add humidity to the air inhaled, which is an important factor for the rest of the respiratory system. When inhaled air passes through nasal passages, the mucus and nose hair provide moisture and heat.

Another thing to note is how nose hair puts certain particles where they need to go (the throat or esophagus). The tiny cilia draw solid particles towards the interface between the nose and throat. When harmful debris gets in, it is generally directed towards the back of the throat for swallowing. Meanwhile the filtered air continues towards the larynx and lungs.

People with little or no nose hair become more susceptible to allergy attacks, respiratory infections and sinusitis. Older people should trim their nose hairs a little less because it may take longer for the hair to grow back. Your nasal hair serves as a filter, just like ear hair, but your nose hair plays such a big job because you constantly breathe in and out of your nose. Now that you’re aware of all it does, take care of your nose and keep the clipping at a minimum, unless your hairs just grow fast and out of control.

What is the purpose of wearing a mask when one has a broken nose? The protective mask makes sure that the nose isn’t damaged as it heals. You may have seen athletes wearing them. Nowadays they look like large clear plastic cases that conform to their face shape and cover the upper half of their face. NBA players can be seen wearing them during basketball games. Since athletes come in contact with other people, this prevents the risk of having the nose damaged over and over again. Detroit Piston Rip Hamilton has worn a protective mask commonly for his broken nose because his doctor recommended wearing it ever game to prevent more damage even after his nose had healed. If he didn’t Hamilton might have to have reconstructive surgery on his nose.

According to one ear, nose and throat physician, Dr. Clifton Patterson, the only risk is that the next blow to the nose may hurt a lot more and this is where a protective mask may help. When UNC basketball player Tyler Hansborough suffered a nose injury in 2007, they thought it was a non-displaced bone fracture. However, Dr. Patterson, who has worked with many athletes that suffer from nose injuries thought it might just be a crack. This physician also uses the protective nose mask for his patients who play basketball. It is specifically constructed to fit the patient’s cheek bones and nasal bones. Kobe Bryant has even been seen wearing one in his games after suffering a blow from All Star opponent Dwayne Wade. Kobe, like other athletes, has complained of it being hot under the mask and lots of sweat. The transparent face mask is designed with a special plastic that needs heat to soften during the molding process. A mold is made of the face, and the plastic is fitted to that form. This mask is foreign to players and takes some getting used to but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

For those suffering from a crooked nose or who may have a bump on the nose bridge consider getting the nose huggie which also conforms to the nose, which is made up of mostly cartilage. It will help to straighten out the nose and is intended for use inside the home, not sports games. Consult your physician when considering options for straightening, decreasing and any other matters concerning your nose.

If you get large nose pores, it’s not always a good thing, because bacteria can accumulate in the pores. Larger pores are harder to clean so dirt and bacteria may get all up into those openings. The result of mess germinating in there is acne and blackheads. Turns out you can take a few steps to reduce the size of your nose pores if you feel they’re too big.

1) First, clean your pores properly. You want to make sure that if any dirt buildup has gotten in them already, it comes out now before you do anything else. You can do this by scheduling a facial. Get a cleaning or extraction done by a professional if possible.

2) There is pore reducing face wash available. Use this type of facial wash to clean your face, especially if you’re unable to go get a facial done. When cleaning, use your fingertips in a circular motion on the nose to wash the area thoroughly.

3) Boil a pot of water on the stove. Once the water has come to a boil turn off the heat and put the pot on the table. Lean over the pot placing your face about 6 inches above the water. Put a towel over the back of your head to trap the steam coming out of the pot. Allow all the steam to flow over your face, but avoid getting burned. Do this for about five minutes to open your pores.

4. Immediately following the steam treatment try removing the buildup in the pores by covering your fingertips in plastic gloves or tissue and putting a finger on each side of the clogged pores. Press gently and use the tissue to remove any buildup. Keep doing this until you have removed as much as possible.

5. Wash your face a second time with the pore-reducing cleanser and pay the nose close attention. Rinse with warm water, dry your face and apply a pore reducing face mask. Be sure that your hands/fingers are clean before applying the mask. Let the mask dry and remove it using warm water and a washcloth. Rinse with warm water and then follow with a splash of cool water. This is done to close the pores.

6. Lastly, apply a toner with a cotton swab (against paying special attention to your nose). The best type of toner to use would be pore-reducing or acne toner.

This is a full run-down on how to decrease the size of your nose pores. Now you’ll understand why it’s not exactly a good thing to have big wide open nose pores. While a nose huggie helps reduce the overall nose size, this process will allow you to decrease your pore size. Try them both out for effective results.

Learn more about a nose reshaper that works. The Nose Huggie may be small in size but big in efficiency. If you’re looking to get a straight nose, a smaller shaped nose or to remove the bump from your nose bridge, this nose reshaper is for you. It is affordable and dependable. However, you must be willing to try and be consistent with use. Nose Huggies can be purchased online.

By wearing the nose huggie every day for about 15 minutes, you are taking steps closer to a smaller, straighter nose. Did you know that your nose is mostly made up of cartilage? Well, did you know that cartilage consists of mostly water? Hence, the reason why this nose reshaping method is effective with the right use. After a while the nose, made up of cartilage, will take shape to the straightening. It is pain-free too. Although it’s applying pressure and reforming the nose, you won’t have to go through pain. It’s NOT recommended to wear the nose huggie longer than 20 minutes either. This small straightening device has padding and appears like a nose clip. Clip it right on your nose and relax in the privacy of your own home as your nose reduction takes place. Some may call it the “natural nose job” or “nose job alternative”. This could be true. But we just call it the “Nose Huggie”.

Some have witnessed results within a couple of weeks. As this won’t be the same for everyone, give it a try! What will it hurt you? You’re backed by a 45 day money-back guarantee.
